Starbucks Peppermint Mocha: A love story

Which came first, the Peppermint Mocha or the Egg(nog)? Learn the story behind the classic holiday beverage, which has helped mark the arrival of the season at Starbucks since 2002.

A cup design that’s just your type

Each year, the arrival of the Starbucks red cup signals the return of the holidays. This year’s design uses typography as the main illustrative element for three of the designs, with whole letters playfully rotated for a musical, song-like quality, while polka dots playfully cover the fourth. Each cup design has a unifying green stripe on the back, finishing the cup like a ribbon.

Starbucks holiday beverages are back

Starbucks stores in the United States and Canada will be decked for the holidays starting Nov. 7 to mark the return of the seasonal flavors of Peppermint Mocha, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, and Eggnog Latte, all available hot, iced and Frappuccino blended beverages.
